Green Tea Cheese Cranberry Whole Wheat Bread
Overview
With only green tea powder, I couldn't get the emerald green effect of matcha, so I made do because I wanted that matcha fragrance. There is no rattan basket, and I don’t know if there is a suitable rattan basket for such a small amount of dough. I once cared about this issue, but then I didn't care anymore. It's just a container, there is always something that can replace it. Only the circles of lines couldn't be changed. Sometimes, I also want to put some patterns on the surface, but it seems I have to give up. Suddenly one day, I had an idea. Yes, that’s the impression of the pineapple bun. I only used it once, and then found that it was not as useful as a knife. From then on, I fell into the cold palace, lying in the corner and sleeping. The cross-diamond pattern also feels good. I thought of a way to print it on the surface of the bread, and it actually worked. The mesh pattern has not disappeared due to baking, but it is a pity that it cannot be printed on the entire sphere. It's OK, but the color of the green tea is really not that nice. . . .
