Enoki mushrooms mixed with black bean chili sauce

Main ingredients: Enoki mushrooms, spicy sauce, garlic, tempeh, chives, vermicelli

Soak vermicelli in hot water till soft

Remove old roots of enoki mushrooms, wash and tear them apart

Put the torn enoki mushrooms into boiling water and cook for 1 minute, remove and drain out the water

Chop the tempeh, garlic, and green onions into mince

Put a teaspoon of cooking oil in the pot, add tempeh, garlic, and minced green onions and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. (leave some green)

Stir-fry until fragrant, add a spoonful of spicy sauce and stir-fry until the red oil comes out

Stir-fry red oil with spicy sauce

After the spicy sauce is fried into red oil, add the soaked vermicelli and blanched enoki mushrooms, and turn off the heat.

Use the remaining heat of the pot to stir-fry evenly.

Sprinkle some green onion for extra flavor and color.
