Grilled chicken legs
Overview
How to make fragrant, tender and crispy chicken legs: Ingredients: 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of fermented bean curd juice, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of black pepper sauce, and a little barbecue sauce. Marinate for more than 3 hours for more flavor. Use a knife to cut the chicken legs for easier flavor. Bake in the air fryer at 200 degrees for 25 minutes, turning and basting with sauce.

Wash the chicken legs, score them twice with a knife, and rinse them again.

Add all the seasonings and marinate for more than 3 hours.

Turn over in the middle.

Line the bottom of the air fryer with tin foil and place marinated chicken legs on top.
