Tart Crust Sun Egg
Overview
Some time ago, I grabbed red envelopes in the Kunbo Casserole Food Welfare Group and won a pair of exported Kaidebao mini baking pans. When I received it, I felt it was a bit too mini, but it was really cute. Yesterday I made tart-crusted sun eggs for my nephew. After it was done, the little guy was incoherent! After I started eating, I was even more excited! This tart crust sun-roasted egg is really easy to make in about 20 minutes. You can pair it with your favorite jam and mayonnaise. If you feel it is monotonous, you can add your favorite fruit and it will be delicious!
