When beans are in season, steamed noodles should be eaten.

Rinse the pork ribs with water to remove the fishy smell

Place the braised pork ribs on top, add the seasonings and simmer for 40 minutes, then add another layer

Wash the beans and garlic greens and cut them into 1.5-inch lengths

Put the pot into a pot with slightly more oil than usual for cooking

When the oil is hot, put the beans first, turn them over and add the garlic. Flip a few more times to get the aroma of the garlic. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt

Add the spareribs, mix well and pour a bowl of spareribs soup

Place a grate on the dish

Spread the noodles flat on the grate, steam over high heat, then steam over medium heat for 10 minutes

Stir the noodles into the dish. If there is a lot of water in the pot, do not turn off the heat while mixing the noodles. After everything is evenly mixed, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Must be paired with garlic
