Tomato and egg dumplings
Overview
The spring rain came quietly in my dream. The air today was very fresh. I wanted to give my daughter a little freshness, so I thought of making dumplings stuffed with tomatoes and eggs. Because of time constraints, I bought the dumpling wrappers. After the dumplings were cooked and served, my daughter’s eyes were so bright. She liked this little freshness very much. I sent it to the husband on duty at work, and he asked my daughter to give her a few! Haha!

Crack the eggs and fry them in oil. Make sure to stir them with chopsticks during the frying process.

Chop the tomatoes and squeeze out the juice. Because the tomatoes are soaked in salt water, the skin is not blanched.

Soup, wait until she gets home, put some sugar in it, and drink it all!

Chop the chives and set aside!
