Mushroom and Chicken Porridge
Overview
This was breakfast one day, mainly because I made chicken breasts the day before, and no one would eat the remaining chicken breasts. I felt it would be a pity to throw them away, so I made this porridge. If there is ready-made chicken, this porridge is quite simple.

First use a pressure cooker to cook a thinner rice porridge

Tear the chicken breasts and cut the mushrooms into shreds.

Pour the rice porridge cooked in the pressure cooker into the casserole. After boiling again, add the chicken and mushrooms and cook over low heat. Stir constantly in the middle to avoid burning the pot.

After about a quarter of an hour, add an appropriate amount of salt and green onions and stir well!
