Taste of Shanghai——Cold noodles
Overview
When Shanghainese eat cold noodles, they must add peanut butter, so peanut butter in supermarkets always sells very well every summer. In fact, I don’t particularly like this way of eating. I prefer to add some spicy oil or something, and I especially don’t like cold noodles with shredded pork. But the two men in the family like these, so let’s do it. Isn’t the joy of a cook just to make the eater happy? !
