Overview
I’ve been away for two days and only flour is left at home, so I quickly make steamed buns and save them for breakfast tomorrow morning. My children like to eat them with condensed milk, and my husband likes to eat them with pickled mustard.

It's easy to get hot when the weather is hot, and it'll be fine in an hour.

Knead the risen dough into long strips and cut into equal portions for later use.

Roll each portion into a ball shape, place on oil paper, and press into a cake shape with your hands.

Take one portion and emboss it with a fork as shown.

Press 8 times and cut the pressed edge with a knife.

Just pinch the two corners as shown in the picture.

When the embryo is raw, place it in cold water.

Boil water and steam for 15 minutes, then turn off heat and simmer for 5 minutes and uncover.
