Potatoes are really magical things. They can be cooked in various ways, they can lose weight, they can build muscles, and they can also be mixed with salads. They are great as a delicious breakfast!

Prepare the ingredients, peel the garlic, wash the vegetables and set aside;

Peel off the skins of potatoes;

Cut the potatoes into small pieces, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and mix well;

Place potato cubes and garlic cloves in a steamer and steam until cooked;

While the potatoes are steaming, cut the carrots, onions, ham slices and cucumber into small cubes and set aside;

Heat the pot over medium-low heat and melt the butter;

Add diced carrots, ham, and onions into a butter pan and stir-fry until cooked for 8 minutes, add white pepper, stir-fry evenly, and turn off the heat;

Boil the mashed potatoes and press them into mashed potatoes while hot;

Then add the fried diced carrots, ham, and onions while it is still hot, then add the uncooked diced cucumbers and stir evenly;

Let the mixed mashed potatoes and vegetables cool slightly, then add the salad dressing and mix well;
