It rained heavily a few days ago, and the water in the stream was full. LG and his friends met to go fishing, and the results were fruitful. The wild stream fish were white and bright. After processing, I selected some of them to be braised. Without too much seasoning, the freshness of the stream fish was already very attractive

  1. Fresh wild stream fish, remove internal organs and clean.

  7. Put the ginger and garlic into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant. Add an appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and sugar. If you like spicy food, add some chili pepper.

  8. Add water, add onion knots, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
