Chop the ribs into sections, add onion, ginger and oyster sauce and set aside.

Add water to the pot and blanch the pork ribs.

Wash the blanched ribs and add onion, ginger and oyster sauce.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 2-4 hours.

Pour water into the steamer, put in the marinated pork ribs and steam for about 2 hours, until the pork ribs are crispy.
