  1. Cut the potatoes into slices, rinse them with running water to remove the starch, and drain the water.

  2. Prepare salt and pepper powder and cracked black pepper.

  3. Heat oil in a pan until it is 50% hot, add potato slices and fry slowly over low heat.

  4. Fry until golden brown.
