Sesame noodles

Overview

The sesame paste and sesame oil used this time were all brought back from Xi'an. They are not special at all. I just saw on the way to the tourist meeting point that I couldn't lift my legs😆. Taking them through Xi'an-Gannan-Sichuan-Xi'an and back to Suzhou is not special but precious!

1. 1 Boil the water and put it in. Take it out when it floats.

   

2. 2 Add all the sauce ingredients at the same time and mix well. You can add some water to make the sauce not too thick. The amount of seasonings is not listed individually, so individuals can adjust their own according to their preference (sweet or spicy).
