Stir-fried beef with asparagus ⟨ + cheese ★Smooth steak 7
Overview
Why not just fry the shredded beef with asparagus? The texture of asparagus is hard, and when paired with lean shredded beef, it tastes too hard and unpleasant to chew. After being shredded, it is more suitable to be paired with melted cheese and can be eaten with rice while watching TV. Attached to the picture are two options: with or without cheese.

Steps
-
Cut the beef into square cubes, add marinade and marinate for 10 minutes. Add white flour and mix well. Drizzle 1 tsp of oil before putting it in the pot. Transfer the steak meat from the freezer to the refrigerator for 2 hours (or pre-freeze it for 2 hours before cutting). The hardness of the meat makes it easier to cut.
-
Cut asparagus into small pieces, slice garlic, set aside
-
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic slices (push them to the edge of the pan if they are browned), add the beef and stir-fry until half cooked
-
Remove the beef and set aside
-
Put a little water in the pot and bring to a boil, add asparagus and cook, drain off the water
-
Return the beef to the pot and stir-fry evenly, add salt and black pepper to taste and serve, turn off the heat
-
Put half on the plate first, put a slice of cheese on it, put the other half on the plate; add another slice of cheese and serve.

★Use the back of a knife to draw long strips of cheese, arrange them crosswise, and microwave on medium heat for 30 seconds to melt completely.
