Ingredients: Boiled shrimp, black fungus (soaked and washed), hot pepper (washed and cut into pieces)

Peel the boiled shrimps and remove the meat. Set aside.

Put the cleaned black fungus into a pot of water, blanch it and take it out.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the sliced peppers and blanched black fungus and stir-fry until the peppers are broken.

Then, add the peeled shrimp meat and stir-fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
