Pat the prawns into a puree with the back of a knife, and mash the cooked carrots into a puree with a spoon. Mix the two ingredients together, add white pepper and salt, mix well and set aside

It’s for babies, so I choose free-range eggs. Beat the eggs into egg liquid and set aside

Heat a pan and add some oil

Pour in the egg liquid, turn it around, and spread over low heat to form an egg cake

Spread the mixed shrimp paste evenly on the egg cake

Roll into an egg roll and steam in a pot
