Yellow peach in sugar water
Overview
Every year during the peach season, our family must make yellow peaches in sugar syrup. In the hot summer, eating this is so enjoyable. I used to boil the yellow peaches, but this year I used the steaming method. It feels much more delicious than boiling, and there is no need to add water when steaming. The cold texture after being chilled, the sweet and sour yellow peach and the crispy yellow peach are so delicious that you can’t stop eating.
