Vegetable and egg soup
Overview
The leftover vegetables were beaten into an egg to make soup, and sausages were added.

Wash the vegetables (take out the coriander and add it last), slice the sausage and chop the green onions.

Boil the oil, add pepper powder and chopped green onion and fry until fragrant.

Add water, salt and chicken essence and bring to a boil.

Add the sausage slices first and cook for a while.

Add vegetables.

Finally, add the egg drop and minced coriander and bring to a boil.

Serve out.
