Tamarind jelly
Overview
When I went to Myanmar in March, I brought back some wild tamarind from Myanmar and kept it in the refrigerator for a long time. So in this dry summer, make some frozen tamarind to relieve cravings.

Soak the tamarind and white sugar in two bowls of water for 10 minutes

Pour in half a spoonful of jelly and half a bowl of water and soak

Use a plug to remove the residue from the tamarind and add the soaked jelly water

Put tamarind water in a cold pot and cook until the water boils

Pour into a small bowl and place in the refrigerator for 5 minutes
