  1. After the pumpkin is peeled and steamed, put it into a juicer and crush it into flour. Add sugar and yeast and knead it into a smooth dough. No need to add it.

  2. Pour into a pan, cover and let rise for an hour until doubled in size.

  3. Knead the fermented dough until it is smooth, roll it into thin sheets and use a mold to dig out the shape of small flowers.

  4. Heat a pan over low heat, put in the buns and cover with a lid. Heat slowly over low heat. Flip over when one side is browned and fry until golden brown on both sides.

  5. Cute pumpkin flower bread.

  6. If you like it sugar-free, you can skip the sugar.
