Rice cooker baked bread🍞
Overview
Bread can also be steamed or baked. In this way, the texture of the bread will be the same as that of baking, and it will not harden like steamed buns when cooled. You can place the rounded dough directly on the steamer grate or in the rice cooker without any mold. Friends who don’t have an oven can try it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the raisins in water beforehand, then drain and set aside.
-
Pour the yeast into the warm milk and mix well.
-
Pour flour into the basin, (not necessarily high-gluten flour can be used), beat in eggs, add sugar, and add a spoonful of condensed milk.
-
Pour in the milk and stir into flocculation, then add 15 grams of cooking oil. (Of course butter will work too) No need to add a drop of water.
-
Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rise.
-
Let rise until doubled in size.
-
Make it into a honeycomb shape, then take it out and knead it repeatedly to release the air, knead it into long strips, and cut it into several small balls.
-
Take a small ball and knead it into a round shape, use a rolling pin to roll it into a long tongue shape, spread some raisins on it, then roll it up and make it into a round ball, then put it into the rice cooker. (I put oil paper underneath, if not you can brush a layer of oil on the pan to prevent it from sticking)
-
After each is done, put it into the rice cooker and let it rise for another 15 minutes.
-
Then brush with a layer of egg yolk and sprinkle with some black sesame seeds.
-
Finally, close the lid and plug in the power, then press the bread, cake or rice button to bake.
-
Pour it out of the plate, the bottom is crispy and the inside is tender😋.
-
Beautiful.
-
And brushed.
