Crab Roe Tofu
Overview
The roe of a crab is used, not the salted duck egg yolk. I thought it would be very fishy, but I didn't expect it to taste really good. Even if there is no food, I can eat 2 bowls of mixed rice.

Pick out the crab roe from a crab. The crab roe is fluid.

Heat oil in the pan, add crab roe and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in enough water and sliced ham and bring to a boil.

Then pour in the fat tofu sliced with a knife. Cook over high heat and add appropriate amount of salt.

Add water starch and cook until slightly thickened. Sprinkle some green onions.

Serve on a platter.
