Pumpkin spiral steamed buns
Overview
I like to use pumpkin to make pasta. It not only looks good but is also nutritious, and most importantly, it adds interest and fun to the table.

Mix two pieces of dough separately: 150g pumpkin puree, add 280g flour, 1g yeast powder and make pumpkin dough, 280g flour add 1g yeast powder and make white dough to make a dough

Roll the risen dough into larger round cakes

Overlap the two pieces of dough, with the white dough at the bottom and the pumpkin dough at the top

Roll up and cut into sections

Cut side up

Roll out

Roll the excess scraps into balls

Wrap it in like a bun

Close the mouth downward and perform the second serve
