large handful of abalone mushrooms, 1 small plate of thorn sprouts, 4 eggs, and 1 section of green onions.

Soak the abalone mushrooms in warm water 1 hour in advance, soak them and chop them into small pieces, dry and chop the old thorn buds, beat the eggs and chop the green onions.
