Steps
-
Knead 500g self-raising flour and 300g warm water into dough. I used self-rising flour, so just add warm water. There is no need to add yeast. If you are using ordinary flour, you need to add the same amount of yeast powder.
-
Let the dough rise until it doubles in size, and use your fingers to poke the inside of the dough into a honeycomb shape. (I put the kneaded dough next to the radiator for about an hour before the dough is fermented. The room temperature at my house is about 28 degrees. If you have an oven at home, you can adjust the oven temperature to 35-38 degrees and put the dough in the oven to ferment. If the room temperature is lower, the fermentation time of the dough will be extended by several hours)
-
Lightly flour a chopping board and knead the dough to its original size.
-
Take half of the dough and roll it into a strip.
-
Cut into dough pieces of about 35 grams.
-
Form the dough into a ball again.
-
Roll out the dough so that the thickness of the dough is about 1 cm. The finished dough needs to be fermented for 20 minutes in a warm place.
-
After the pan is hot, add the dough and lower the heat. Close the lid.
-
After 1 minute, open the lid, turn it over, continue to close the lid, and then open it again after 1 minute. If both sides of the pancake are browned, continue to simmer and flip both sides once in half a minute. It will take about 5 minutes for the dough to be fully cooked. Because my pancake is relatively thin, both sides of the cooked pancake are very crispy, and there will be no uncooked noodles inside. If you like to eat thicker dough, roll out the dough thicker and extend the frying time. As long as you use a very low fire and turn over frequently, the cake will not burn.
-
Then chop green pepper, appropriate amount of pork belly, and a few corianders together. In the previous recipe, I told you how to make braised pork.
-
There is no need to chop the meat and green pepper and coriander too finely. After mincing, add half a spoonful of salt and a few spoons of the soup from the braised pork.
-
Cut the cooked pancake into half and keep the bottom. Stuff the chopped vegetables into it.
