Fried Stuffed Okra
Overview
This dish is inspired by the Hong Kong street food pan-fried stuffed sambo. This snack is derived from stuffed vegetables that are essential in Hakka and Shunde cuisine. The original intention is to smear the prepared meat into various ingredients. The representative ones are stuffed bitter melon and pepper. I like to eat shrimp, and okra is a vegetable that has become more and more popular in recent years. It has many functions such as lowering blood sugar and beautifying.

Wash the okra, break it in half from the middle, and take out the seeds in the middle. 2. Remove the meat from the sea shrimp, remove the shrimp lines, and set aside. This step is simple but time-consuming. If you want to eat good food, you have to be patient.

Chop the processed shrimp meat into sauce. Be careful not to mince it too much. It should be about the size of soybeans, otherwise it will not be chewy.
