Sausage Beef Tongue Pizza
Overview
Today I made this long tongue-shaped pizza for my niece. The cheese is baked golden brown and is very fragrant and the texture is great. The pizza base baked by this recipe is thin. If you want a crispy base, you can replace it with high-gluten flour. Just increase the oven heat by 10 degrees. If you have time, why not try it with me?

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients; cut the sausage into thin slices, and cut the bell pepper and onion into slightly thicker strips;
-
Mix all the dough ingredients together and knead into a smooth dough;
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size;
-
There is no need to add oil to the pan. When the pan is hot, add the stir-fried sausages over low heat, but do not burn them;
-
No need to add oil, continue to add the bell pepper and stir-fry for a while, then add the onion and stir-fry until raw;
-
Dish out together and set aside;
-
Take out the dough and divide it into three parts, roll each into a round shape and let it rest for ten minutes;
-
Use a rolling pin to roll it into a long tongue shape and place it in a baking pan;
-
Poke holes evenly on the surface with a fork and ferment for another ten minutes;
-
Brush a layer of tomato sauce on the surface;
-
Place sausage and vegetables on top;
-
Spread mozzarella cheese and finally sprinkle with cheese powder;
-
Place in the middle rack of a preheated 220-degree oven and heat up and down for about 13 minutes;
