Cold seaweed

Cold seaweed

Overview

What should you do if you eat too much greasy food during the Chinese New Year and lose your appetite? Then try an appetizing cold seaweed. The most important thing is that it is not only appetizing and nutritious, but also has certain weight loss effects! In the past, my husband was tired of eating kelp because he found it smelly. But after I made it, not only did it taste better, but the original fishy smell of kelp was gone. The two of us had a plate of it in one meal O(∩_∩)O!

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Blanch the washed kelp in boiling water (in order to increase the taste, I added vinegar and salt to the water, and added some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell).

  2. The initial blending of the sauce, the homemade chili oil was not included in the photo!

  3. Prepare minced ginger and garlic (I think a little more is more delicious)

  4. Saute some of the minced garlic and ginger over low heat until fragrant

  5. Pour the sauce into the sauteed minced garlic and ginger, and simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes

    Cold seaweed step 5
  6. After the sauce is in the pot, pour in the remaining minced garlic and ginger and mix well (because I personally think raw garlic and ginger are more enjoyable). The final sauce is ready. O(∩_∩)O

  7. Add a few drops of sesame oil and mix the sauce and kelp evenly (sesame oil cannot be heated, as it will lose its aroma after heating), and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion to add flavor.
