Rinse the small intestine with tap water.

Crack the eggs into a basin, add an appropriate amount of water, mix well with salt, and put them into the small intestine.

Put the small intestine filled with egg liquid into a steamer and steam over low heat.

After steaming, take it out.

Cut into pieces and serve on a plate, and can be used to make soup, stir-fry, or make hot pot.
