Steps
-
First prepare the required materials: glutinous rice flour, corn residue (leftover from the previous day), sugar, honey beans (made by yourself the day before, or you can buy ready-made in the supermarket), cheese.
-
Pour the glutinous rice flour and white sugar into the corn residue basin;
-
Stir clockwise to form a dough. (Not a drop of water was added)
-
Knead it into a dough, just feel it does not stick to your hands;
-
Cut the cheese into small cubes;
-
Put the cheese into the glutinous rice skin and roll it into a ball;
-
Same as above, put the honey beans into the glutinous rice skin and roll into balls;
-
In order to distinguish the two fillings, roll a layer of sesame seeds on the surface of the glutinous rice ball with sweet bean filling;
-
Honey bean glutinous rice balls and cheese glutinous rice balls are ready;
-
Pour oil into the pot and heat it over high heat. Add a few glutinous rice balls, then reduce the heat to low and fry slowly until the surface is golden brown and take them out;
-
This is the finished product. I prefer the fried ones, which are darker in color;
-
Next, taste the taste. This is the effect of taking a bite of the cheese glutinous rice ball; (the cheese leaks out!)
-
These are sweet bean and glutinous rice balls, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with plenty of filling.
