Homemade Sausage

Overview

Seeing everyone busy making sausages, I was ready to make a move. I went to the vegetable market and bought a casing to try. I didn't expect it to go so well. I must make more during the holidays.

Steps

1. 1 Minced Pork

   

2. 2 Add black pepper and salt and mix well

   

3. 3 Wash the casings and put them on the enema device

   

4. 4 Twist the switch and the sausage is ready.

   

5. 5 Just leave it outside to dry
