Put the frozen dumplings in the pot, add some water, cover with a lid over low heat, and simmer the dumplings (it is recommended to have more water than in my picture, I put a little less, and I added more water later).

When you see that the water is gone, add oil, add the beaten egg liquid, and then add the cheese slices. I just cut them into strips, or you can leave them uncut. Feel free to sprinkle some sesame seeds, cover the lid, and fry over low heat. It's almost done. Fry the eggs until they are slightly burnt and the cheese is completely melted. That's it.
