Steamed dried fish
Overview
When you are lazy and don’t want to cook, wash a handful of dried fish, chop some minced ginger, and steam it with the rice while the rice cooker is cooking. If you like spicy food, you can mix it with chili sauce. If you like the original flavor, mix it with some soy sauce. It’s simple and quick, and it’s better than eating fast food out.

Wash and peel the ginger, wash and drain the dried fish.

Use a plate to hold the dried fish. Crush or shred the ginger and spread it on top.

Add cooking oil.

When the rice cooker is cooking, put it in the rice cooker with a compartment and steam it until the rice cooker is finished. The dried fish will be cooked immediately.

Take out and add soy sauce.

Pick up the minced ginger and discard, mix well with soy sauce and serve.
