Beef Balls and Enoki Mushroom Soup
Overview
The steaming soup was not taken well in the photo! I didn’t plan to post it here. What I shared with Simple Kuaishou was just the process, so I’ll make do with it.

Cut the beef balls in half, then cut into flowers, remove the heads of the enoki mushrooms, wash and cut them in half, cut the tofu into small pieces, shred the ginger, and dice the green onion.

After the water boils, add the beef balls, tofu, and shredded ginger and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the enoki mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Add salt to taste and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
