Shredded sweet potato

This is the first time I made shredded sweet potatoes. The sugar boiling time was relatively short, so the shreds were not as good as desired

Wash the sweet potatoes and peel them

Put oil in the pot, when the oil is cooked, pour in the sweet potatoes, fry over low heat until golden brown, take it out of the pot

Three spoons of sugar and a small bowl of water. When the water boils, add sugar and large white bubbles will begin to appear. When the white sugar with small bubbles boils down to a white sticky paste, add the fried sweet potatoes, stirring constantly, sprinkle in sesame seeds and serve.

Prepare a small bowl of cold water. When you dip it in the bowl when eating, the silk will break!
