Chop the small steak into small pieces, wash and set aside

Put the short ribs, green onions, ginger slices, star anise and garlic into the pot and cook for 40 minutes

Drain the short ribs and set aside

Put oil in the pot, add rock sugar and melt into sugar paste

Pour in the short ribs and stir-fry for a while, then add light soy sauce and a little water
