Butter Cookies
Overview
I have never had the motivation to try making butter cookies. The biggest reason is that the calories are too high, and biscuits are something that I can’t stop eating. But yesterday my boyfriend specifically said that he wanted to eat cookies, so for him, I deliberately learned how to make cookies online. In order for him to eat happily, I worked very hard to learn. However, it was my first time to make cookies. Although the patterns were not as clear as those made by bakers, the taste was excellent. Even my family members who don’t like sweets said it was very delicious. If I want the cookies to be 100% successful, I will have to work harder in the future.

Steps
-
Preparation materials: egg liquid, powdered sugar and granulated sugar.
-
Cut the butter into small pieces and let it soften at room temperature.
-
Sift the low-gluten flour and set aside.
-
Beat with a whisk until smooth, add granulated sugar and powdered sugar.
-
Whip the butter until it is smooth, slightly enlarged in volume and lighter in color.
-
Add the beaten eggs one at a time and beat evenly. Beat each time until the butter and egg liquid are completely combined, then add the next time.
-
After whipping is complete, the butter should be thick and smooth, with a whitish cream color.
-
Add sifted cake flour.
-
Use a rubber spatula to fold the flour and butter into a smooth cookie batter.
-
Put half of the batter into a piping bag.
-
Wrap the piping tape around your index finger and start piping out the cookies.
-
Pipe out the pattern you like on the baking sheet.
-
Put the squeezed cookies into a preheated 180-degree oven and bake for about 15 minutes. When the surface is golden brown, they are ready to be baked. After cooling, seal and store.

For this recipe, I baked a total of 30 cookies.
