Bean Paste Decorated Cup Cake
Overview
The oven used is ACA's ATO-E38AC voice smart electric oven, and the mold is a Xuechu paper cup with a bottom diameter of about 4.5 cm. The marked dosage is for 12 waterless sponge cake bases and 3 bean paste decorations. The color is made from purple cabbage juice, and the bean paste used for decoration is water-based white bean paste.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash purple cabbage and cut into large pieces
-
Put it into a wall breaker or food processor and add a little water
-
Start the juice program
-
When done, strain out the juice. Because it is a wall breaking machine, the vegetable puree is also very delicate and the juice yield rate is very high
-
Take an appropriate amount of water-based white bean paste for decorating flowers
-
Add purple cabbage juice a little at a time
-
Mix thoroughly to desired color and consistency
-
Put it into a piping bag with a converter and install the small 104 piping nozzle
-
In the middle of the decorating nail, the base is slightly higher in the center
-
Rotating flower nails, first layer of foundation
-
Then squeeze the remaining petals and transfer them to the oil paper tray with piping scissors
-
You can also squeeze out the petals according to your personal preference and combine them into small flowers
-
Place in the refrigerator and freeze until solid
-
Preheat the ACA oven, set the upper and lower heat to 170 degrees, and start
-
Crack room temperature eggs into a mixing bowl and add granulated sugar. If it is refrigerated eggs, it is best to soak the whole eggs in warm water in a separate bowl when beating them. Whole eggs are easiest to beat at 40 degrees
-
Use an electric mixer to beat until the texture is obvious and the traces of dripping will not disappear quickly
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir until there is no dry powder. Do not stir excessively to avoid defoaming
-
Pour into the cake cup, 80% full
-
Place in the middle rack of the ACA oven, heat up and down to 170 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes
-
Take out and let cool until set aside. You can see that the coloring is very even
-
Spread a little whipped cream on the cup cake or directly fill the surface with bean paste in a spiral shape (the whipping cream I used was leftover from yesterday, and the bean paste will hold up better), and assemble the flowers
