Egg Fried Rice
Overview
A long time ago, in the morning, my mother used to make egg fried rice with overnight rice and a bowl of soup. My cousin and I would go to school with a greasy mouth and a full belly. Later, it became a nutritious breakfast that my husband and I often eat. A very simple bowl of egg fried rice has the taste of mother and home. This is the taste of happiness.
