Overview
Cooked hairy crabs are rich in nutrients and contain a variety of vitamins, of which vitamin A is higher than other terrestrial and aquatic animals, 5-6 times higher than vitamin B2 in meat, 6-10 times higher than fish, and 2-3 times higher than eggs. The content of vitamin B1 and phosphorus is 6 to 10 times higher than that of ordinary fish.

Prepare the ingredients

Clean the hairy crabs carefully.

After the water in the steamer boils, add the hairy crabs. Steam over high heat for fifteen minutes, then steam for another five minutes.

While the crabs are steaming, prepare the sauce. Shred the green onions and shred the ginger, then add light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, water and vinegar. Just soak the shredded ginger and green onion to bring out the flavor.
