Shrimp with Tomato Sauce
Overview
I rarely buy shrimps. Not to mention they are very expensive here, and there are very few fresh shrimps. If you want to eat them, just buy some fresh shrimps and boil them in salt water and eat them yourself. This is a gift from a friend during the Chinese New Year last year. It has been frozen and stored in the refrigerator. Now I want to finish all the stuff in the refrigerator. It happens to be my daughter's birthday today, so I made these shrimps for her to eat at noon to celebrate her birthday. It was a nice evening. I didn't have to cook. I went to a restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It happened to be a weekend together.
