Overview

Ingredients: preserved eggs, garlic, garlic leaves, small red peppers, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking oil. Method: 1. Boil the preserved eggs in water (the preserved egg yolk will be easier to cut when the yolk is cooked), soak it in cold water, then peel the preserved eggs, cut them into four or six cloves, and put them on the plate. 2. Adjust the sauce. Chop the garlic, garlic leaves, and small red peppers, put them in a bowl, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cooking oil and stir. 3. Complete. Pour the prepared sauce into the preserved eggs that have been placed on the plate, and it's done!
