Steps

1. 1 Wash and drain the raw materials.

   

2. 2 Chop the ginger and garlic, dice the sausage, and cut the artemisia into sections.

   

3. 3 Sauté the sausage cubes in oil pan, don't use too much heat.

   

4. 4 Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.

   

5. 5 Pour in Artemisia arborescens, stir-fry over high heat, add salt and chicken essence and remove from the pot.
