The weekend is here again. Do you want to eat fried chicken and drink beer at home? It’s summer, Rourou can’t hide it anymore. It's not as good as this time-killing popcorn, you can make it yourself, the amount of sugar can be controlled, just a touch of sweetness. It’s still whole grains.

This is popcorn bought in the supermarket, very cheap. This amount is enough to explode several times.

Wash the corn in clean water.

Drain and wipe clean with kitchen paper.

After heating the pot, pour in the peanut oil, add the corn kernels, then cover the pot and keep stirring the pot with your hands. This step was quite busy, so I didn’t take any photos. Then you heard the corn in the pot crackle and explode. When there is no noise in the pot, open the lid, make a well, pour in an appropriate amount of white sugar, and then use a spatula to turn the corn kernels so that each corn kernel is stained with a little sugar.
