Soak rice noodles until soft and drain.

Sauté eggs in oil pan until fragrant and set aside.

Season and stir-fry the bean sprouts in an oil pan, add rice noodles, eggs and stir-fry evenly. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, a little sugar and stir-fry quickly. Sprinkle with green onions and stir-fry until cooked. Remove from the pan.
