Cocoa Brown Sugar Cookies
Overview
In order to eliminate cocoa powder at home, I searched for this biscuit recipe on the Internet. There may be too much cocoa powder and it tastes a bit bitter. But it still tastes good. Those who don’t like the bitter taste must reduce the amount of cocoa powder.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder. (Those who don’t like the bitter taste must reduce the amount of cocoa powder)
-
Soften butter and add brown sugar.
-
Beat the eggs and add to the butter and mix well.
-
Add the mixed flour and mix well, knead it into a smooth dough, then wrap it in a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
-
Take out the refrigerated dough, take a small piece, roll it into a small ball, and flatten it with your thumb. When pressed flat, the biscuits will have natural cracks.
-
Line a baking tray with oiled paper, place biscuit dough, preheat the oven, and bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes (depends on your oven)
