  1. Wash four shiitake mushrooms and control the surface moisture

  2. Tear into small pieces

  3. Beat two eggs, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper powder and starch and mix well

  4. Put the mushroom pieces into the egg batter and coat in the egg batter

  5. Put one in first to test the oil temperature. Put it in and fry it immediately to prove that the oil temperature is OK

  6. Add the mushrooms and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Remove and drain the oil

  7. Finally, they all exploded again
