Put the cocoa powder flour into the container.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water.

Knead into smooth dough.

Take it out and knead it evenly, divide it into evenly sized dough, round the small dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Add cold water to the steamer and bring the water to a boil.
