Prepare ingredients.

Wash the vegetarian chicken and cut into pieces of about 5mm.

Crush the garlic and set aside.

Pour cooking oil into the wok and heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the vegetarian chicken slices and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Then pour in a little dark soy sauce and stir-fry for a while to add color.

Pour in appropriate amount of water, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat.
